I feel such a weight off of my shoulders and the husband seems like he does too. The kids are excited because they get to go to summer camp for once, and I love the fact that in this lovely state I live in, my oldest is old enough to baby sit! (Free baby sitting!) Not to mention, the dog gets to stay inside through the hottest part of the day.
All that aside, and we as a family will be more financially comfortable. Thank God for volunteer positions! This helped me find and get a job. Through sheer determination and a tweaking of my priorities, I now have a full time job.
